If you're not satisfied with a paid plan (Pro or Dealer), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
Email us at support@cardbinderai.com and we'll help arrange it with Paddle.

After the 30-day window

You can cancel anytime from Settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current paid period. Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled case-by-case at Paddle's discretion in line with their Refund Policy.
